What is your name and where are you from?

My name is Michaella and I'm from Nebraska, but I currently live in Ohio.

What did inspire you to start your blog?

I was inspired by all the fashion blogs I read. I also love fashion and I thought it would be fun to share my point of view on fashion.

How would you describe your blog?

My blog is very fun, I think. It's not that serious and I just write whatever's on my mind. I hope I can show people that sometimes you just have to show your inner unicorn and don't pay attention to what others think.

What is for you the essential of a good blog?

I think really good writing is essential, but also very good pictures. I love reading things where people put in their own personality into the writing, and that makes it fun.

What was the most important lesson you learned about blogging?

I think time management because usually I procrastinate on things but the fact that people are actually waiting for my next post, makes me want to write another post.

What is something you dream about for your future?

I would love to work for a fashion magazine and live in NYC. I would also love to meet Anna Wintour and Karl Lagerfeld because I love them and admire them!

Who is your style icon?

Lady Gaga. She is so unique and creative and if the press puts her on the 'Worst Dressed' list, she doesn't care. 

Which blogger would you like to meet one day?

Leandra Medine of the Man Repeller. Her posts make me laugh (out loud in most cases) and I just love her fashion sense.

What is your fashion addiction?

Currently I'm obsessed with boots! I have every kind of boot imaginable, and now that's it's fall I get to wear them all the time.

Tell us something particular about you?

I've been a vegetarian for 3 1/2 years. Most people wouldn't guess because I eat everything- except meat! 

Blogger in the Spotlight: Here We Go Again

Do you guys remember my blog section, Bloggers in the Spotlight? Well after taking a short break, I’ve decided that it is time to introduce it again.

Shades of a Style Icon: Rachel Bilson

Do you remember Summer Roberts? Yes, the stereotypic Cali girl of the hit series O.C.? Summer was played by actress Rachel Bilson, who now stars as lead role in the new series Heart of Dixie. It’s not the best series I have seen but the soft, and feminine essence of each one of her outfits makes me just forget about it.
